Seating starts at the front of showroom and works towards the back. To be seated together, your party must enter together.
Most of our tables seat 4 people and there is a chance you may be seated with with other guests from a separate party at the same table.
Present a digital copy of your ticket on your phone or tablet at the time of entry. You can screenshot the QR code or select “add to wallet” after making your ticket purchase.
If you are unable to access your tickets on a mobile device, please bring your ID and the credit/debit card used during purchase to the Box Office staff on the night of the event and they will print the tickets for you.
The minimum age for admission is 21 (unless otherwise specified on the ticket page) and everyone in your party will need a valid photo ID to enter.
You must present the credit/debit card used to purchase the tickets & a valid ID that matches the name on the ticket when checking in. Please be sure to have these items with you on the night of your event.
All sales are final. No refunds and no exchanges.
Any disruption during the show is cause for immediate removal without refund.
In the event that a show is canceled, we can only issue refunds back to the original point of sale.
When purchasing tickets online, please make your selection very carefully. Tickets purchased for the incorrect day, time or section cannot be exchanged for a different show date, time or section.
All acts and show times are subject to change.
*Ticket price listed is for admission only and does not include dinner unless otherwise specified. Food and drinks purchased the night of the show do not impact the price of admission.
Dinner is available to everyone immediately after you are seated at your table inside the showroom. Our friendly staff will be there to serve you throughout the show. You can view our full menu by clicking on the Menu tab at the top of the page to plan your order ahead of time.
There is an automatic 18% included gratuity added to every check inside the showroom. 20% gratuity added for parties of 8 or more.
No outside food or drinks can be brought into our establishment.
Advanced ticketing and reservations are always recommended as our shows do fill up quickly. You cannot purchase tickets over the phone.
Please purchase tickets on our website and in-person at the Box Office during operating hours. We recommend buying online in advance but we will sell tickets at the box office on the night of the show if we have availability.
No reentry is allowed at the Funny Bone. If you leave you will need another ticket to get back in.
If you have a group of more than 20 people, and are interested in setting up a larger function, please message us on our contact page or contact our event coordinator at 757-213-5555 ext. Group events require a package purchase as well.
Nothing that interferes with anyone’s view of the stage will not be permitted in the showroom. Including balloons, flashing lights, solid lights, or anything else that is a distraction from the stage.
Please do not wear anything that will block the view of other patrons. Also, as a comedy club, we take no responsibility if a comedian makes fun of your outfit!
No pictures or video recordings are allowed during the show
Please keep in mind that the performers may be video recording their show and some audience reactions may be captured
This is entirely up to the individual performer. Many to most make themselves available for pictures, autographs, and merchandise sales
Purchasing tickets from our official website is the easiest way to avoid any of these potential issues that could cause you to overpay or not be able to attend the event.
By following these tips, you can help to protect yourself from the risks associated with third party ticket resellers.
There are a number of reasons why you should be careful to avoid third party ticket resellers.
These Include:
- Tickets may be counterfeit. Counterfeit tickets are often made to look very similar to real tickets, but they are not valid. If you purchase a counterfeit ticket, you will not be allowed into the show.
- Tickets may be overpriced and third party ticket resellers often charge much higher prices for tickets than the face value.
- Tickets may not be delivered when you buy from a third party, and there is always a risk that you will not receive the tickets you purchase from a reseller.
